We are going cashless, no cash payments for Cabin or Rv reservations will be accepted, payments must be made with a major credit card.
This cabin has a maximum occupancy of 4 people, if you have more than 4 people it will be a $200.00 per person charge for each person over 4 and you will be escorted from the property.
We do not allow parties of any kind in our cabins, if this happens you will be escorted from the property and no refund will be issued.
Pets are NOT allowed in any of our cabins, please contact the office regarding service animals.
There is a $100.00 security deposit that will be charged to your card upon check-in in addition to the balance due. Once the cabin has been inspected after check-out and if everything is in order the security deposit will be refunded back to your card. If there are any rules or regulations broken during your stay you automatically forfeit your security deposit.
Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive 100% of your deposit back. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, there will be no refund of your deposit. Standard cabin reservations may be changed 30 days prior to your arrival date to include a change in length of stay. After this time, reservation changes or failure to arrive (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
